Monitor mode is observation-only. CheckoutGuard records order signals from Shopify orders/create webhooks and surfaces elevated activity on the Dashboard, Monitor, and Incidents pages.
What Monitor can see
- Orders that Shopify successfully creates
- Derived risk / pattern signals from available order metadata
- Open incidents when scoring thresholds are crossed
What Monitor cannot see
- Abandoned checkouts that never become orders
- Declined payments that never create an order
- Raw card numbers, CVV, or issuer decline codes inside the app
