What’s the difference between Monitor and Shield?
Monitor observes. Shield enforces enabled rules at checkout via Shopify validation.
Do rules block if Shield is off?
No. Rules only enforce when Shield Mode is on and sync is healthy.
Why are there no incidents?
Quiet stores or stores still building a baseline may not open incidents. Monitor can still show observed orders.
Can CheckoutGuard stop all fraud?
